When I booked, the tickets were cheaper than the other options I found, which felt like a small win. There are a few extra costs that can add up if you're not paying attention, but overall it still felt like a fair price. For me, it was a reminder that the 'best deal' is really about the total cost, not just the first number you see.

I had to change my booking it turned into way more of a headache than it should’ve been. The website kept sending me around in circles like some kind of never-ending maze, and the chat took forever before I got anything close to a real answer. When someone finally replied, they were polite, but not exactly helpful. I just expected an airline to have faster, smoother support. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience of my life, but wow, it was frustrating...

"Cancelled flight, but handled well"
My flight got cancelled, i was stressed at first. Ugh. But transavia actually handled it well. I got clear emails with the next steps, and switching to another flight wasn’t much hassle. Not an ideal situation, obviously, but they made it way easier than I expected. Relief.

"Not the most comfortable for my knees"
My knees were hurting pretty much the whole flight. I can’t say for sure if it was the seat spacing or just how I was sitting, but it definitely felt cramped to me.

I tried booking a flight through the site, and honestly... it was frustrating. Pages kept loading super slowly, and then extra fees showed up later than expected?! Not the best experience overall.

"Delayed flight and way too much waiting around"
My flight was delayed and Transavia barely gave us any information. I kept checking the screens, then ended up waiting in a queue just to ask staff what was going on, but they didn’t seem to have any answers either. It was really frustrating standing around with no clear updates. Annoying experience overall
"Reliable when I'm in a hurry"
I use the Transavia app pretty much every time I fly, and it’s been really dependable, especially when I’m rushing through the airport trying to get everything sorted. My bookings show up quickly, the boarding pass loads even when the airport Wi-Fi is terrible, and I get updates without having to dig through my emails. I’ve never had it crash or suddenly log me out either. It’s a simple app, but it does exactly what I need when I don’t have time to mess around.

To be fair, everything else might have been fine, but the seats were disgusting. They looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while, which made the whole experience feel uncomfortable

They did eventually fix the issue, but wow, it felt like it took way too long. I was getting impatient waiting around for it to be handled. Glad it’s done now, but the whole process could’ve been much faster.

The queue moved fast, which I appreciated, but the staff seemed a bit rushed and the whole experience felt kind of impersonal. I understand it can get busy, but I still expected a little more care and attention. Hopefully they can make it right somehow, because it didn’t quite feel like the service I paid for.

The flight itself was fine, but the seats started feeling cramped after a bit. There wasn’t much legroom and the padding felt kind of hard. For a short trip it’s okay, but I wouldn’t be too excited to sit there on a longer flight

My first impression of transavia was that it was really straightforward, and that pretty much stayed true the whole way through. I booked what looked like a cheap flight with Transavia, but the baggage rules really caught me out. The whole cabin bag situation is confusing: a small bag is included, but a normal hand luggage bag costs extra. Maybe it’s explained somewhere in the fine print, but it definitely didn’t feel clear when I was booking. At the airport, they were extremely strict with bag sizes, and it felt like they were just waiting to charge people. I ended up paying more than I expected for what was supposed to be a short, simple trip. What made it more frustrating was that nobody really took ownership. Staff just pointed back to the rules, but no one seemed interested in helping or explaining things properly. The whole experience was stressful, and I’ll avoid flying with Transavia again if I can...

I changed my flight online and it did work in the end, but it took me a little while to find where all the right options were. Some of that stuff wasn’t super obvious at first, especially the fees and what this or that change would actually cost.

"Cheap Fare, Decent Flight... Makes You Wonder"
I booked with Transavia mostly because the price was lower than the other airlines, which always makes me a little suspicious, like okay, what’s the catch here? But the flight was totally fine. The seats weren’t anything amazing, definitely not luxury, but for what I paid they did the job. Check-in was straightforward too, almost too smooth if you ask me, like they’ve got the whole system figured out behind the scenes. Overall, I’d probably fly with them again if the fare stays good. Just keeping one eye open, you know?

"Support actually helped me out"
I had a delay and was getting stressed about it, but then support got back to me quicker than I thought they would, like, I was already expecting to wait longer, and they walked me through my options. It wasn’t perfect, and I still wish the delay hadn’t happened, but they did actually help me out in the end.
